This S'mores Christmas Truffle Recipe makes a great last minute holiday recipe.
I can't believe that we are just a few days away from Christmas. I have done most of my holiday baking for friends and family, I just have a few items left for holiday parties. This S'mores Christmas Truffle Recipe is a crowd pleaser with the delicious chocolate/marshmallow combo. This easy recipe is perfect for holiday parties or gifts for neighbors. S'mores Christmas Truffle Recipe
Ingredients:
Brownie Mix
Vegetable Oil
Eggs
Graham Crackers
Mini Marshmallows
Mini Chocolate Chips
Miniature Marshmallow Sprinkles
Directions:
- Bake brownies per box directions. After baking, allow brownies to cool completely.
- Cut brownies and add them to a food processor. Pulse until the brownies are finely crumbled.
- Take a spoonful of brownie crumbles, add 2 mini marshmallows and roll brownie into a ball. Repeat until you’ve used all of the brownie crumbles.
- Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler.
- Dip each brownie ball into the chocolate. Use a fork to remove brownie and allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place brownie balls onto a piece of wax paper. Repeat with remaining brownie balls.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle mini chocolate chips, marshmallow sprinkles and crushed graham crackers to each brownie ball.
- Add crushed graham crackers around the bottom of each brownie ball.
- Allow chocolate to cool and harden completely.
- Your truffles are finished and ready to be enjoyed!
