If you love pies that pack a punch of flavor, then this Almond Honey Pie is just for you.
I'm going to be completely honest with you, I have a total obsession with flavorful food. Sure I love dishes like pasta just like the next gal, but when it comes to my all time favorites I love the dishes that pack a punch and that take my taste buds to travel.
So pies, have never been my #1 dessert option. They are delicious, yes, but they are kind of boring, and especially during this season when pies are in every single corner, I get bored of them and their traditional flavors quite easily.
So when a friend shared with me this Almond Honey Pie recipe telling me that this was the single best thing she had ever had in her life well I knew I had to try it. And oh my gosh is that and even more!
This is like if the traditional pie we all know got a total makeover and overhaul that takes it to the next foodie level! The crust is flaky and buttery and oh so flavorful on its own, while the filling is all the marvelous things a good filling should be.
Best of all? It's a total explosion of flavor in the best possible way! Which makes it a really great addition to dinner parties and gatherings. Because, yes, it's a total crowd favorite!
However, my favorite part of this almond honey pie is that's really easy to make. If you use to skip making pies because they seem like a lot of work, then this recipe is just for you! It's quick, it's easy, it's fast and even if you are not a pro baker with crazy skills you'll be able to create a professional quality pie in your home kitchen.
