Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a pie dish and set aside.
Combine all the crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until obtaining thick dough. Press into the pie dish and bake for 18-20 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat toast the almonds with the cinnamon and allspice. Incorporate the honey, vanilla, and 2 eggs beaten and stir until combined. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour into the pie crust. Let it set for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
