A day with a slice of this Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie is a good day.

Chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream pie on the table.

I will admit it. I am a busy person. We are on the go a lot with school, sporting events and other activities. I am a huge fan of an easy recipe. When I see a recipe with 20 ingredients that takes 2 hours to prepare, I know that I will never make it. I prefer a recipe that doesn't use too many ingredients and you can put together quickly. Especially when the ingredients are ones that I already have in my kitchen. That is why I love my crock pot so much. This Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie is great because it takes about 10 minutes and you have a really taste Ice Cream Pie.

But guess what, if you are not a Peanut Butter person, you can make this pie with any Ice Cream that you want. You could make a Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Pie and only drizzle with hot fudge. You could even sprinkle crushed oreos on it. That sounds delicious! We have made it before with Peppermint Ice Cream. That is perfect for Christmas time. Any way you make it, this Easy Ice Cream Pie really is delicious. Easy and delicious? It doesn't get better than that!! A piece of chocolate cake on a plate, with Ice

I like to give generous slices so I typically get 6-8 slices out of a pie. If you are planning on serving more people than that, you could get two pie crusts and spread the Ice cream out evenly between the two pies or you could double the recipe as is. I personally like more Ice cream, so I would double it. 🙂  I hope you enjoy our Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie and much as we do.
