Peaches are in season right now, so I have had so much fun trying out different Peach recipes. We go to the farmers market every Saturday and buy a box of peaches because they are so juicy and sweet! We like to have smoothies for breakfast so I decided to give a Peach smoothie a try and it was delicious!
Peaches and Cream Smoothie
2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 peach
Ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1. Blend almond milk and rolled oats in Blendtec Blender until smooth.
2. Blend in peach (take out pit)
3. Blend in ice cubes.
4. When mixed is smooth, blend in 1 scoop protein powder
Serving size one.
