If you are on the Ketogenic, then you know all about Fat Bombs and how great they are. Sometimes you need a treat that you can grab and go at any time.
I like to make ahead a whole batch of Fat Bombs and either put them in the freezer or refrigerator so I can grab one when I need it. There are many types of fat bombs for the Keto Diet like fat bombs peanut butter, Keto Cookie Dough and fat bombs coconut.
Depending on what you are craving, you can find sweet fat bombs and savory fat bombs. I am a sweets girl, so I am almost always going to choose a sweet Fat Bomb. The Lemon Fat Bomb is a delicious choice when you are wanting a snack.

Notes
Hi, my name is Melissa! I live in Spanish Fork, Utah. I'm happily married to Rob, and together we have five wonderful kids. Our family loves to embark on adventures, often in our RV, exploring the great outdoors. I'm an avid reader and a big fan of Hallmark movies – they always have a way of lifting my spirits. Hiking is another passion of mine; there's nothing like the tranquility of nature. I have a sweet tooth for chocolate and a love for Mexican food, both of which make life a little more delicious. In my downtime, I enjoy playing games with my family, creating memories and sharing laughter. Life is an adventure, and I'm here to enjoy every moment of it!
