Classic slime is so much fun. Even as an adult, I can spend hours playing with it. It really is very relaxing. I read once that slime videos are some of the most watched videos on Instagram because it is so relaxing to watch. I thought that was pretty funny! Crunchy slime recipes are not made with borax powder but instead uses school glue.
Isn't it amazing that there are so many fun kinds of satisfying slimes? Slime for every holiday possible and in every possible color! Even scented slimes and cloud slime, gold slime and unicorn slime! Do you have a favorite kind of fluffy slime recipe?

How to make Crunchy Slime with Foam Beads
Slime Supplies:
- 1 airtight container
- 1 5 oz bottle of white glue
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp contact solution
- Foam Beads (There are so many different colors and sizes! We used a multi color small foam balls)
- Clear fine glitter
- Small bowl
You can get many of these easy slime supplies on Amazon or Walmart.


Homemade Slime Instructions:
- In a bowl, pour the entire 5 oz bottle of clear Elmers glue.
- Add in ½ cup of water.
- Add in ½ tsp baking soda and stir.
- Next, add in glitter. If you want a super clear slime, omit the glitter!
- Add 1 tbsp contact solution. It will instantly begin to form.
- Pour in foam balls. You can always add more later!
- It will be STICKY! Don’t panic! Mix the solution in the bowl until it starts to form.
- Knead the slime until it is no longer sticky.
- Continue to add the foam beads until you get a look that you are going for.
- Store in an airtight storage container.
