I really like this Keto Sloppy Joe recipes because it is made with so many fresh ingredients. During the summer, I prefer a lighter dinner and this low carb recipe really hits the spot for me.  I hope you enjoy these and make sure and share with your Keto family!

Keto Sloppy Joes 

Ingredients: 
1 pound of lean ground beef or ground turkey 
2 tsp. minced garlic 
1 small onion, diced
1/8 C. yellow mustard
Green leaf lettuce leaves
Shredded cheddar cheese 
Diced jalapenos
Salt & pepper to taste 

Low Carb Sloppy Joes Directions: 

Low Carb Sloppy Joes
  1. Brown the lean ground beef (or turkey) with the minced garlic and diced onion. Drain the grease. 
  2. Combine the browned meat with the low carb ketchup, mustard and sweetener. Let simmer a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Serve over green leaf lettuce leaves with shredded cheese and diced jalapenos.
