Chocolate Chip Instant Pot Cheese Cake Recipe

  • 1 sleeve of Graham Crackers
  • 2 tablespoons of Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of Melted Butter
  • (2) 8 oz. packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of Water (for Instant Pot)
  • Melted Chocolate Candy Melts (for topping)
  • Mini Marshmallows (for topping)
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs (for topping)

  1. What size Instant Pot should I use? I have a 8 qt instant pot that I have used for years. It is the perfect size for my family, but also the perfect fit for most Cheesecake pans. I use this one: 8 QT Instant Pot and Spring Form Pan.
  2. Can I use a different kind of pan? I would recommend always using a spring form pan when making Instant Pot Cheesecake.
  3. What if I don't like all of these toppings or mixing? The best part of Instant Pot Cheesecake is that you can use the base recipe and and your favorite mix ins. If you don't like one of the toppings, feel free to leave it out.
  4. Is Instant Pot Cheesecake good? Many people are hesitant to make Instant Pot in the Cheesecake because they are afraid that it is not as good as in the oven. We have made it many times and it turns out perfect every time! Just as good if not better than in the oven!
  5. How can I tell when instant pot cheesecake is done? I have used this cooking time every time and it turns out perfect. You can do the jiggly test to check if your cheesecake is done. Cheesecake should be jiggly and not soupy.
  6. Can you freeze instant pot cheesecake? Yes! Cheesecake made in your Instant Pot can be frozen. I prefer to cut it in to slices before freezing so I can that out a piece when I want a treat!

Lets get to the good stuff-- Chocolate Chip S'mores Instant Pot Cheesecake Recipe!

Start by mixing you Graham Crackers in your food processor. Add in your sugar and your melted butter. (texture will be like wet sand)

Grease your Spring Form Pan REALLY well, so your cheesecake doesn't stick then press crumbs into the bottom of your pan.

In a large mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and flour until smooth.

Add in eggs, chocolate chips, sour cream, and marshmallow fluff...

and beat until smooth.

Pour batter into your prepared Spring Form pan.

Place a cup and a half of water into your instant pot, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Let vent naturally for 15 minutes, and then use quick release.

Remove from instant pot and blot up excess water on top of cheesecake with a paper towel. Cool Completely! (I recommend placing in fridge for one hour or overnight.)

Drizzle cheesecake with chocolate, top with marshmallows. Drizzle with chocolate once more, and top with graham cracker crumbs!

    7. Pour batter into spring form pan.
    8. Place a cup and a half of water into your instant pot, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
    9. Let vent naturally for 15 minutes, and then use quick release.

    10. Let cool completely.
    11. Place in fridge for one hour or overnight.
    12. Drizzle with chocolate, top with marshmallows.
