Iced Pumpkin Cookies

It is starting to feel like fall which means it was time to bake up a batch of Iced Pumpkin Cookies. My husband and I took a drive through recently and the trees were starting to change colors! I can't tell you how happy this makes me. I love fall. I love decorating for fall, baking and enjoying the cooler weather. My favorite tree is an Aspen and they turn such a beautiful color during the fall season. Just talking about fall makes me happy. I always joke with my husband that September 1st is close enough to fall and time to start baking everything Pumpkin. Pumpkin Pie, Iced Pumpkin Cookies, Pumpkin Bread, etc. Everything Pumpkin. Here is one of my favorite Pumpkin Recipes.
