This Sour Cream Coffee Cake is moist, sweet and full of flavor. Perfect for a holiday breakfast or party.
Every Christmas holiday we love to get together with family and friends for Brunch. Everyone brings their favorite recipes and we have French Toast, Breakfast Quiche and Coffee Cake. This is my favorite Coffee Cake recipe because not only does it look so pretty when finished but it is moist and delicious. I think I could eat half the cake in one sitting! Sour Cream Coffee Cake tastes delicious plain or you can top with fresh berries and whipped cream. I love fresh strawberries and raspberries because their sweetness pairs perfectly with the sweet coffee cake. Feel free to add chocolate chips to your coffee cake before cooking for a fun variation that my kids prefer! Happy Holidays!
