I love cookies. There is something about a warm out of the oven cookie that just makes any day awesome. I think the only thing better than a warm out of oven cookie is a glass oven milk to dip it in to. This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with PB2 is a delicious cookie that is packed full of flavor, easy to make and delicious with a glass of milk. I love making cookies with a cake mix because it is so fast and easy to make and I almost always have cake mixes on hand. Often when I cook with PB2, the purpose is to make a healthy, protein packed recipe. I love that I can make an unhealthy recipe a little bit healthier by cutting out some of the fats from regular Peanut Butter. Enjoy!

Hi, my name is Melissa! I live in Spanish Fork, Utah. I'm happily married to Rob, and together we have five wonderful kids. Our family loves to embark on adventures, often in our RV, exploring the great outdoors. I'm an avid reader and a big fan of Hallmark movies – they always have a way of lifting my spirits. Hiking is another passion of mine; there's nothing like the tranquility of nature. I have a sweet tooth for chocolate and a love for Mexican food, both of which make life a little more delicious. In my downtime, I enjoy playing games with my family, creating memories and sharing laughter. Life is an adventure, and I'm here to enjoy every moment of it!
