Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with PB2I love cookies. There is something about a warm out of the oven cookie that just makes any day awesome. I think the only thing better than a warm out of oven cookie is a glass oven milk to dip it in to. This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with PB2 is a delicious cookie that is packed full of flavor, easy to make and delicious with a glass of milk. I love making cookies with a cake mix because it is so fast and easy to make and I almost always have cake mixes on hand. Often when I cook with PB2, the purpose is to make a healthy, protein packed recipe. I love that I can make an unhealthy recipe a little bit healthier by cutting out some of the fats from regular Peanut Butter. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with PB2 

1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Water
2 Eggs
1 cup PB2 
Chocolate Chips
(We added sprinkles for fun factor 🙂 )


Preheat oven 350 degrees

1. Mix Cake mix, oil and eggs until combined.

2. Add PB2 and water and stir.

3. Add chocolate chips to taste

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. (Bake time may vary depending on oven)
