I have been craving a good banana bread for a long time. It seems like every time I make it, it either doesn’t have enough banana flavor, or it has more of a cake like texture. I finally perfected a recipe that has both the fruit bread texture with a strong banana flavor. I took a quick picture with my phone, because this bread does not last long in our home!
2 cups Granulated Sugar
1 cup Softened Butter
4 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 9 bananas)
2½ cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt
