4 Eggs
2½ cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp salt

2. Mix sugar and butter. Add bananas and eggs until well-mixed.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
4. Grease 2 loaf pans and pour mixture into pans.
5. Bake for one hour, until cooked through. Bake time may vary with different ovens. Text with fork or toothpick for doneness.
6. Quickly grab a slice before your kids devour the entire pan.

To make this yummy banana bread, you will need 2 cups of granulated sugar, 1 cup of softened butter, 4 1/2 cups of mashed bananas (about 9 bananas), 4 eggs, 2 1/2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease two loaf pans.

Start by mixing the sugar and butter together until creamy. Add the mashed bananas and eggs to the mixture and blend until everything is well-combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, and salt - and add them to the wet ingredients. Stir until everything is incorporated.

Pour the mixture evenly into the greased loaf pans and bake for one hour, or until the bread is cooked through. Check the doneness of the bread using a toothpick or fork - if it comes out clean, your bread is ready.

Once it's done, take the pans out of the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. Slice and serve with a cup of coffee or tea, or as an after-dinner dessert. Be warned, though - this loaded banana bread is so delicious that your kids might try to devour the entire pan before you even get a chance to try it!
