If you are looking for a healthy but fast treat, this one is perfect! It is full of yummy flavor, protein and healthy ingredients! If you haven’t tried PB2, you should give it a try because it gives you all the flavor with less fat. This is perfect for when you are trying to increase your daily protein, plus, peanut butter is just awesome. You can double this recipe if you want to make more cookies. Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Cookies
1/2 c. oats
1 mashed banana
1/2 t cinnamon
3 T PB2
Make 4 cookies. Serving size 2 cookies.
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients together til well combined.
3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
