Putting together:

  1. Start by sprinkling a generous layer of the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of your jar. This will create the delicious, subtly sweet base for your cheesecake.
  2. Next, add a few tablespoons of lemon pie filling on top of the graham cracker layer. The sweet and tangy lemon flavor will perfectly complement the creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.
  3. Sprinkle another layer of the crushed graham crackers over the lemon pie filling. This adds a delightful textural contrast to each bite.
  4. Now, carefully spoon in the creamy cheesecake mixture you prepared earlier. Use the back of your spoon to gently spread it out into an even layer.
  5. Add a generous portion of your sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture. The vibrant red of the strawberries will look beautiful against the creamy white cheesecake layer.
  6. Optional: For an extra touch of indulgence on your delicious desserts, top your cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream or cool whip, a final sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, and a whole strawberry for a beautiful garnish on your delicious cheesecake.

Craving a decadent dessert without the fuss? This no-bake Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake in a Jar is your solution! Enjoy beautiful layers of creamy cheesecake, bright strawberries, and a crumbly graham cracker crust, all packed in the convenience of a jar.

Prep Time 10 minutes

  • 8oz pkg light cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ C powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 1-pint strawberries
  • Lemon Pie Filling/Topping

Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar for about 1 minute.
Crush graham crackers into small pieces.
    Wash, dry and cut strawberries.
Open can of lemon pie filling.

    Putting together:
Sprinkle in a layer of crushed graham crackers.
Add a few tablespoons of lemon pie filling.
    Sprinkle more graham crackers.
Spoon in the cream cheese mixture and use the back of the spoon to spread.
    Add strawberries.
Optional: top with whipped topping or whipped cream, some crushed graham crackers and a strawberry.

You can put graham crackers in a plastic baggie and use a rolling pin to crush, or if you don’t have a plastic baggie, you can simply keep the graham crackers in the package, unopened, and gently hit with a mallet until crushed. Be careful though, the sides may open, so do it slowly, a little at a time. If you want the graham crackers fine, you can put into a food processor and pulse for a few seconds.
Use vanilla extract in place of vanilla bean paste if you don’t have it.
If you would like to make for more people, just keep the same amount of strawberries pie filling and graham crackers, but put less in each cup, and double or triple the cream cheese mixture.
