Thank you Nestle Toll House for sponsoring today’s story and encouraging me to bake cookies for my loved ones this spring!
I seriously considered calling these cookies HAPPY dipped Chocolate Chip cookies because there is something about those colors that really make me happy. Maybe its because the snow is all melted and the weather is supposed to be in the 60’s the rest of the week. It finally is starting to feel like SPRING! Yay, for springtime! I love the sounds, colors, smells and tastes of Springtime and these cookies reflect everything that I love about spring.
Best part? They are SO simple to make. I love Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough. Okay, lets be real for a moment. My kids LOVE to bake. They are always begging me to help in the kitchen. Often this stresses me out because it takes twice as long with double the mess to have them help out. This Spring Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookie is the solution to all holiday stress because not only is it easy enough for them to help out, its is easy enough for the preteens to make themselves.
The Nestlé Toll House Ultimates Chocolate Chip Lover’s Cookie Dough are just about the best thing in the world because not only are the fast and easy to make, but they are delicious, packed full with so much chocolatey goodness!

Nestle Toll House Springtime Semi-Sweet Chocolate and Pink & Yellow Colored Morsels
1. Bake Nestlé Toll House Ultimates Chocolate Chip Lover’s Cookie Dough according to package directions. Allow to cool. I like to put them in the fridge so the cool faster.
2. While cooling, separate our yellow, pink and chocolate morsels. We only use the yellow and pink in this recipe.
3. Put yellow morsels in a bowl and pink in another. Microwave each color until melted. I do this my cooking for 30 seconds and half power and then repeating. Stir after each 30 seconds.
4. When melted, dip half the cookies in pink and half in yellow.
5. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
6. Drizzle the opposite color on the cookies and return to fridge to harden.
The Nestlé Toll House Ultimates Chocolate Chip Lover’s Cookie Dough makes 12 cookies, so if you are needing more than 12 makes sure and buy multiple packs of dough depending on how many you need.
