I think this has probably got to be the healthiest Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream in the history of Peanut Butter Banana Ice Creams. I love PB2 for that reason because it helps bring down the sugar and fat content without sacrificing in flavor. This Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream is delicious, easy to make and ready immediately! No need for an Ice Cream Maker or to freeze! Plus, it only has TWO ingredients! How awesome is that!
Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
3 FROZEN bananas
4 Tablespoons PB2
Directions
1. Add three bananas to KitchenAid Food Processor with the multipurpose blade. Blend until completely smooth. It will have Ice cream consistency.
2. Add 4 Tablespoons PB2. This will thicken your Ice Cream up a little bit. You can add more or less depending on how much peanut butter flavor you like.
3. Serve immediately!
This makes servings for about 4 people. If you need for more people, you can double the recipe but you'll have to make it in two batches. For servings for 1 or 2 you can half the recipe.
