Preheat oven to 350F and grease a baking pan with the melted butter.
Beat together the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, yogurt, and garlic. Refrigerate.
Sprinkle flour over a flat surface, unfold the puff pastry sheets, and cut into 2-inch squares.
Place 1 tsp of the mix in the middle of the squares and cover with another. Press the edges to seal.
Transfer the pockets to the baking pan, placing them with a separation of 1 inch.
Place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy.
