Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 1 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside
Using a standing mixer, make the red velvet cake mix
Pour batter into the loaf pan and cake into the oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean
Once baked, set onto the counter for an hour or until completely cooled
Take cooled loaf out of the pan and place onto a cutting board
Cut 2 inch thick slices of the loaf and lay flat onto the cutting board
Using the cookie cutter, cut out the shapes
Discard scraps and let the cut shapes sit on the cutting board while you prep the green cake batter
Once green cake batter is made, spray the other loaf pan with pam spray
Pour some batter into the loaf pan just to cover the bottom
Place the cut shapes standing up into the cake batter
Fill in with the remaining cake batter until the mickey shapes are covered.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
Once baked, set on a wire rack to cool
Once cooled take loaf out of pan and set onto the cutting board
