- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Hole punch
- “I Love Being Silly with You” Silly String Valentine Free Printable

Instructions:
- Print and cut out the “I Love Being Silly with You” Silly String Valentine Printable.
- Use a hole punch to make a hole in the corner of each Valentine.
- Run a piece of ribbon through the hole in each Valentine, and tie the Valentine to the silly string containers.
