Easy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese with Fish Stick Bites
Ingredients
16 oz. noodles (your choice I prefer fun shaped)
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
12 oz evaportaed milk
3 cups milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
30 Gorton's Fish Sticks
Add all of the ingredients (minus Fish Sticks) to your crock pot in the following order: Noodles, Shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, cubed cream cheese and seasonings. Pour evaporated milk and milk over the top. Cook on low for 2 hours. After about 45 minutes I opened lid and stirred everything together.
Preheat your oven to 475 degrees and scoop your Crock Pot Mac and Cheese into an oven safe cooking dish. Using kitchen scissors, cut Gorton's Fish Sticks into bite sized pieces and cover your Mac and Cheese completely. We used about 30 fish sticks but you can use more or less depending on how many people you are serving.
If you have trouble cutting the fish sticks in bite sized pieces, let them thaw for about 5 minutes before cutting. Put your Easy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese with Fish Stick Bites into the oven and bake for 14 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
