Keto Bacon and Egg Cup

All our favorite breakfast ingredients are combined in these delicious Southwestern Keto Bacon and Egg Cups.

This easy recipe is perfect because it uses many of the ingredients that you always have on hand, but they come together in such a delicious way.

INGREDIENTS

bacon Eggs cheese Chives onion

Spray bottom of muffin tin.

Wrap one piece of pre-cooked bacon around each muffin cup.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, cheese, chives, onions, and salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin to the top of the muffin cup. Bake for 13–15 minutes.
