  • Air Fryer

  • Potatoes 1.5 lb. ¼ in cubed
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp. divided
  • Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup grated
  • Parsley 2 tbsp. chopped
  • Garlic 4 cloves minced

  • Cut the potato or potatoes into 1/4" cubed thick fries. Feel free to cut them in to slightly smaller sizes depending on your choice.
  • Once cut, use a paper towel or kitchen towel and pat dry to remove all excess moisture from the fries. Once they are dry, put them in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, add olive oil, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese and garlic. Mix everything well.
  • Pour the dried fries into a bowl and mix with olive oil. Make sure that everything is coated.
  • Once the fries are coated in olive oil, add the parmesan, parsley and garlic mix to the bowl and thoroughly mix.
  • Spray the tray of the air fryer with PAM or another alternative.
  • Add the fries to the tray of the air fryer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
  • At 6 minutes, pull open the drawer of the air fryer and mix the fries.
  • After mixing, insert the tray once again and continue cooking for another 6 mins. Check the fries to be sure that they are not overly baked. Each air fryer is different, so check on how things are cooking.
  • Remove the fries when mildly brown.
  • Serve these fries warm with ketchup or with your favorite dipPlate and serve immediately. Garnish with additional sauce if desired.
  • Enjoy!
