Cover baking dish with Wax paper.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar and 1 T. melted butter until it forms a ball. Set aside.
Add Oreos to large ziplock bag and crush.
Add chocolate chips and 1/2 bag peanut butter chips to a large bowl and melt according to package directions. (normally 30 seconds on 1/2 power and repeat until melted)
Stir in sweetened condensed milk til combined.
Mix in Oreos.
Make small balls with the Peanut Butter/Powdered Sugar mixture and spread around bottom of baking dish.
Pour 1/2 fudge mixture over Peanut Butter/Powdered Sugar mixture and spread evenly.
Add remaining Peanut Butter/Powdered Sugar mixture and spread over fudge.
Top with remaining fudge mixture and spread evenly.
Top with 1/2 bag peanut butter chips. Make sure and push them into the fudge so they stay in place.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
