S'mores Christmas Truffle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Brownie Mix
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs
  • Graham Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Miniature Marshmallow Sprinkles

Instructions

Directions:

  • Bake brownies per box directions. After baking, allow brownies to cool completely.
  • Cut brownies and add them to a food processor. Pulse until the brownies are finely crumbled.
  • Take a spoonful of brownie crumbles, add 2 mini marshmallows and roll brownie into a ball. Repeat until you’ve used all of the brownie crumbles.
  • Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler.
  • Dip each brownie ball into the chocolate. Use a fork to remove brownie and allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place brownie balls onto a piece of wax paper. Repeat with remaining brownie balls.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle mini chocolate chips, marshmallow sprinkles and crushed graham crackers to each brownie ball.
  • Add crushed graham crackers around the bottom of each brownie ball.
  • Allow chocolate to cool and harden completely.
  • Your truffles are finished and ready to be enjoyed!
