Bake brownies per box directions. After baking, allow brownies to cool completely.
Cut brownies and add them to a food processor. Pulse until the brownies are finely crumbled.
Take a spoonful of brownie crumbles, add 2 mini marshmallows and roll brownie into a ball. Repeat until you’ve used all of the brownie crumbles.
Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler.
Dip each brownie ball into the chocolate. Use a fork to remove brownie and allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place brownie balls onto a piece of wax paper. Repeat with remaining brownie balls.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle mini chocolate chips, marshmallow sprinkles and crushed graham crackers to each brownie ball.
Add crushed graham crackers around the bottom of each brownie ball.
Allow chocolate to cool and harden completely.
Your truffles are finished and ready to be enjoyed!
