Oreo Candy Corn Saltine Cracker Toffee

Ingredients

  • Saltines
  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Oreos
  • Candy Corn

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place 40 saltine crackers side by side to cover the cookie sheet.
  3. Melt 1 cup of butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the melted butter. Stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, boil for 3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
  5. Pour mixture over the saltine crackers. Smear mixture to edges of crackers with the back of a metal spoon that has been sprayed with Pam.
  6. Place in a 400 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. (when you take it out of the oven…it will be
  7. super bubbly)
  8. Sprinkle 1-2 cups of chocolate chips on top of hot bubbly mixture.
  9. Using a spatula,once the chocolate chips are soft, smear the chocolate to the edges.
  10. Sprinkle crushed oreos and candy corn over melted chocolate.
  11. Put in the freezer or refrigerator to harden up and then break it into pieces and enjoy!
