1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
2. Grease 9×9 -inch baking pan.
3. Combine butter and eggs until smooth. Stir in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and baking soda until mixed.4. Stir in chocolate chips. 🙂 🙂 I must note that these are super de duper chocolate chipey on purpose! 🙂 I love having the melted chocolate chips in every bite of my brownie. Yum!
BAKE for 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. For a fun presentation, you can cut your brownies with cookie cutters for cute and yummy shapes! Or make individual servings with large cookie cutters. I used a smaller circle cutter to add ice cream to the center. Perfect for the birthday girl!
