Easy White Chicken Chili Recipe

– Olive oil – Onion, chopped – Garlic, minced – Chicken breast, cooked and chopped – Chicken stock or chicken broth – Diced mild green chili peppers – Dried oregano (preferably Mexican) – Ground cumin – Cayenne pepper – Chili powder – Great Northern beans, drained – Sour cream – Shredded cheese (for garnish) – Red pepper flakes (for garnish)

In a large pot over medium heat, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional two minutes.

Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, and green chiles to the pot. Cook for a few minutes. Then, add chicken broth, raise the heat, and bring to a boil. Don't forget to add your cooked chicken.
