INGREDIENTS

Dried Parsley Onion Powder Garlic Powder Italian Seasoning Dried Basil Salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or dish and stir until mixed.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 5 months. Keep away from humid areas.

This amount makes enough for spaghetti sauces that use 1 pound of meat.

- If you like a sweet touch to your spaghetti sauce, add ½ tablespoons of white granulated sugar to your spice mixture.

Tips:

- If you like a spicy or zesty spaghetti sauce, add ½ teaspoons of crushed red peppers. I sometimes add up to a full teaspoon, but I’m a spice lover.
