Quick and Easy Low Carb Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS

Egg Whites Cauliflower Cheese

Mix cauliflower, 1 cup shredded cheese, and egg whites in a mixing bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Generously grease the bottom of the pizza pan.

Spread the mixture on the pizza pan. Sprinkle on extra shredded cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Edges will be golden brown.

Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Cheese should be melted.
