Cheesy Potato Soup

The Swanson creamy starters are perfect for potato soup, and I always add chicken broth for extra flavor.

This recipe is shown to make 4 servings. We double our recipe so we can have leftovers! Enjoy!


potatoes  butter onion Swanson Cream Starter Swanson Chicken Broth cheese

Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat and add onions and garlic until slightly browned.

Mix in Swanson Cream Starter and Swanson Chicken Broth and heat until just boiling.

Add potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

Continuously stir in cheddar cheese until melted.

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until Potatoes are soft.
