Oatmeal S'more Cookie Crumble Dessert Recipe

I really loved this recipe because it has the perfect amount of chocolate. It gives you the feel of s'more, but the taste is more sophisticated and spectacular.

The oatmeal crumble was a great addition that gave the feel of the Graham cracker while giving a delicious crumble crust. I hope that you enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS

rolled oats all-purpose flour butter brown sugar chocolate chips  marshmallows

Combine oats, salt, and flour in a food processor until smooth.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix softened butter and brown sugar until combined. Add the dry ingredients until mixed.

Flatten the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Top the cookie crust with chocolate chips, spreading them evenly.

Bake for 5 minutes until chocolate chips are spreadable. Spread evenly over the cookie crust.
