Start by freezing the SaraLee Classic Cheesecake. This makes the slicing process smoother and helps in keeping the cheesecake firm while you work on the toppings.

Melt the chocolate chips according to the package directions. I always prefer to do it at half heat for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until melted. It prevents the chocolate from burning and maintains a smooth texture.

Now comes the best part, transforming the cheesecake into delightful slices. Use a sharp knife dipped in warm water and dried off to cut the cheesecake into 8 even slices.

Insert a popsicle stick into each slice, turning them into easy-to-handle cheesecake bars.
