How to make Peach Cobbler

The fresh peaches melded so perfectly with the buttery, golden brown crumble topping, creating a dance of textures and flavors that was nothing short of magical.

It was incredibly easy to whip up, and the addition of sweetened condensed milk just took it to another level of deliciousness.

INGREDIENTS

Cobbler – Melted butter – Sugar – Sweetened condensed milk – Milk – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Fresh sweet peaches (sliced and peeled) Crumble Topping – Flour – Brown sugar – Butter – Sweetened condensed milk

Using a sharp knife, make a small incision at the base of each peach. Blanch them quickly in boiling water, then transfer to an ice bath to cool.  Once cool, peel off the skin starting from the incision, remove the stone, and slice the flesh into even segments, ready to be used in your cobbler recipe.

Melt butter to a liquid and pour into the bottom of the baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, sweetened condensed milk, and milk together. Pour batter over melted butter.

Mix Peaches in a bowl with 1/3 cup sugar. Stir then pour over the top of the batter. NOTE: Do not stir. Drizzle 2 T. Sweetened Condensed milk over the top of your peaches.

1. Start by gathering a medium-sized bowl and measuring out 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. 2. Blend the flour and brown sugar together evenly in the bowl. At this point, if you're aiming for a hint of spice, add in some cinnamon to taste.

1. Once the crumble is ready, generously sprinkle it over your peach cobbler, creating a satisfying, crunchy layer. 2. To complete the dish, drizzle 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk over the topping, adding a creamy richness and a touch of sweetness to your delicious dessert.
