Homemade Cheese Pizza

instant yeast Italian flour warm water Ragu® sauce Cheese salt

Whisk together 4 cups of flour, salt, and yeast.

Add 2 cups water. Knead together until it is no longer sticky.

Use the extra flour or water as needed to correct for too sticky or too dry of a dough.

Once kneaded, let rise at room temperature in a large bowl covered in plastic wrap over night.

Next day, divide into four to six even pieces.

Round them into balls and allow to rise until ready to bake, at least another hour or two.
