Easy Nutella Truffles Recipe

If you're a Nutella lover like me,  prepare to be amazed – we're making Nutella truffles!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Roast hazelnuts for about 5 minutes, let them cool, then remove their skins. Process the hazelnuts in a food processor.

In a microwave, melt together Nutella and butter for about 30 seconds, or until the butter is melted. Stir until well combined, then mix in powdered sugar.

Separately, melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted. Coat a bonbon mold with melted chocolate, remove excess by flipping the mold and using a scraper, then chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Add the ground hazelnuts into the slightly hardened chocolate mold. Spoon the Nutella mixture over the hazelnuts, leaving space for a final layer of chocolate.

Cover the Nutella layer with the remaining melted chocolate, tap the mold to remove air bubbles, and scrape off any excess. Chill the bonbons in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
