Easy Layered Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake in a Jar

Summer's calling, and what better way to answer than with a delicious, refreshing dessert? Introducing my all-time favorite: Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake in a Jar!

It's bursting with fresh strawberry flavor, has a delightful citrus tang, and comes together in a flash – no baking required! It is so fun to make these individual desserts.

INGREDIENTS

light cream cheese powdered sugar vanilla bean paste graham crackers strawberries

In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract (or bean paste) for about 1 minute until smooth.

Crush the graham crackers into a fine crumb using a food processor, rolling pin, and baggie, or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with your hands.

Wash and dry your strawberries, then slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Open the can of lemon pie filling and set it aside.

Start by sprinkling a generous layer of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of your jar. This will create a delicious, subtly sweet base for your cheesecake.
