Easy Homemade Cheese Pizza

instant yeast Italian flour warm water Ragu® sauce Cheese

Whisk together 4 cups flour, salt and yeast.

Add 2 cups water. Knead together until it is no longer sticky.

Use the extra flour or water as needed to correct for too sticky or too dry pieces of dough.

Once kneaded, let rise at room temperature in large bowl covered in plastic wrap over night. 5. Next day, divide into four to six even pieces.

Round them into balls and allow them to rise until ready to bake, at least another hour or two.  Roll them out on a large, flat, and floured surface. They should be very thin.

Add Ragu® sauce, cheese, and toppings, and bake at 350° until golden crusted and cheese-melted goodness.
