Easy Acorn Squash Sweet Bread

We're going to be baking an incredible, moist, and flavorful acorn squash bread.

INGREDIENTS

Acorn Squash Puree applesauce sugar eggs vanilla flour

In your smaller mixing bowl, combine the squash puree, applesauce, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

In your large bowl, combine your dry ingredients: the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until completely combined.

Spread the mixture into your prepared loaf pan.

Bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
