Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

This dark chocolate peanut butter chip cookie recipe will quickly become a family favorite.

There are so many flavor combinations that I love, but my absolute favorite is chocolate/peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS

butter Sugar vanilla egg all-purpose flour baking soda chocolate chunks peanut butter chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Microwave the butter for 45 seconds. Use a whisk to finish melting.

With a wooden spoon, I added the sugars to the butter in a large bowl. Add the vanilla and eggs and stir for 15 seconds.

With a wooden spoon, add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture until the dough forms a large ball. Add chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips.

Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop out the cookie dough. Add 9 per cookie sheet. This recipe makes about 18 large cookies.

Bake for 9–11 minutes. (I prefer 9, and then I let it rest on the hot pan for a few minutes).
