Extra Cheesy Chicken Chalupas

These extra-cheesy chicken chalupas make a delicious dinner that even the kids love!

INGREDIENTS

chicken breasts cream of chicken soup sour cream Monterey Jack cheese mix Cheddar Cheese mix flour tortillas

Cook chicken breasts and dice them. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine soup, green chilis, green onions, and sour cream.

Add Cache Valley Monterey Jack Cheese and stir.

Remove two cups of the mixture, then add the diced chicken.

Place the chicken mixture into tortillas and roll them up.
