Mini Caprese Pizzas

What you need:  – Mini naan rounds – Pizza sauce or marinara – Shredded mozzarella – Cherry tomatoes – Arugula – Basil leaves – Balsamic glaze – Black pepper

Step ONE: Place your mini naan rounds on a baking sheet and evenly divide the pizza sauce over the rounds.

Step TWO:  Evenly distribute the shredded cheese over the seauce!

Step THREE: Add tomato slices over the cheese and the sauce.

Step FOUR: Add sliced basil over each pizza.

Step FIVE: Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust edges are golden brown.

Step Six: Drizzle with a tangy balsamic glaze

Step Seven: Top your mini Caprese Pizza with arugula.
