Best Teriyaki meatball recipe- no joke!

The Teriyaki Honey Meatballs were a taste revelation! Perfectly juicy with a heavenly sweet and tangy glaze that promises a burst of flavor in every bite. A true culinary masterpiece, not to be missed!

The meatballs were tender and juicy, a harmonious blend of chicken and pork that just melted in the mouth.


– Ground chicken – Ground pork – Eggs – Minced garlic – Freshly grated ginger – Soy sauce – Green onions (white parts only, minced) – Pepper – Panko bread crumbs – Vegetable oil For the sauce: – Honey – Soy sauce – Water – Sesame oil – Freshly grated ginger – Corn starch – Hot water

Grab all of your ingredients. Mix together the ground chicken, ground pork, eggs, minced garlic, 3 tsp. Grated ginger, 2 tsp. Soy sauce, the panko bread crumbs and the white parts of two scallions minced.

Form the meat mixture into small meatballs and place one layer into the skillet. Brown for a minute or two on each side and then transfer to a baking sheet.

While the meatballs are baking, combine ⅓ c. honey, ½ c. soy sauce, ½ c. water, 1 tbsp. Sesame oil and 2-3 tsp freshly grated ginger into a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well until the honey has melted and the sauce is well combined.

Place the cooked meatballs in a skillet or bowl and pour the teriyaki honey sauce over them.

Serve immediately. Serve over rice with a garnish of sesame seeds.
