Banana Coconut Poke Cake with Nutella Frosting

We had lots of bananas lying around, so I decided to make Banana Coconut Poke Cake with Nutella Frosting.

INGREDIENTS

bananas all purpose flour unsalted butter Nutella Almond Milk

Mix bananas, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, and 1/2 cup coconut syrup in a small bowl.

In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, both sugars and cinnamon.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the cake batter into a circle cake pan. There is enough batter to make two circle cakes.

Bake for one hour or until a fork comes out clean and the cake is golden brown.

Allow the cake to cool. When cool, poke holes in the cake and fill them with coconut syrup.
