3-Ingredient Nutter Butter Balls

INGREDIENTS

– Nutter Butter Cookies (the classic peanut butter sandwich kind) – Cream cheese (softened to room temperature) – Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts (or your favorite meltable chocolate)

1. Crush the cookies: Finely crush the Nutter Butters. You can use a food processor, or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.

2. Mix it up: Combine the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese until you have a smooth, dough-like mixture.

3. Roll 'em: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a sheet of wax paper.

4. Melt the chocolate: Follow the package directions to melt your chocolate.

5. Dip & chill: Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, fully coating it, and place it back on the wax paper. Let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator for about an hour.
