Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I love to find breakfast hacks to make a healthier but delicious breakfast for a healthy morning routine. This New Year’s I have made the goal to eat a better breakfast. This Easy One Bowl Oatmeal Brown Sugar Muffins uses Instant Oatmeal and is packed with delicious flavor.
1 cup flour
3 packets Maple & Brown Sugar Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 Almond Milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, mix 1 egg, flour, Maple & Brown Sugar Steel Cut Oats, apple sauce, milk and sour cream until blended.
Stir in brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt until completely mixed.
Pour batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
