I absolutely loved this movie!  Ever since I was a little girl, I was a Winnie the Pooh fan so I was so excited when I found out that they were making another movie. My kids weren’t as familiar with it so I was very excited to take watch this movie with them and have them be just as excited as I was.  Family movie night is always so fun because we get to snuggle up on the couch and enjoy being together while watch a fun film.  Winnie the Pooh is the perfect length to keep the attention of my 3 year old son and he sat perfectly still and loved every minute.

In this movie, “Walt Disney Animation Studios returns to the Hundred Acre Wood with “Winnie the Pooh.” Featuring the timeless charm, wit and whimsy of the original short films, this all-new movie reunites audiences with the philosophical “bear of very little brain” and friends Tigger, Rabbit, Piglet, Owl, Kanga, Roo—and last, but certainly not least, Eeyore, who has lost his tail.  “Ever have one of those days where you just can’t win, Eeyore?” asks Pooh.  Owl sends the whole gang on a wild quest to save Christopher Robin from an imaginary culprit. It turns out to be a very busy day for a bear who simply set out to find some honey.”

I love movies that teach an important lesson.  I love that my kids can sit down to a movie and come out of it learning how to be a kinder, better person.  This movie taught my kids about the importance of friendship.  Winnie the Pooh really helps us to understand the importance of friendships in our life and how they should always come first.  He shows us that it isn’t easy but in the end if you put what is important first, everything works out!  This movie has the perfect amount of humor as well as so my fun, happy interactions between the characters that I have loved since I was a kid.
