I like to run. I do. I really do. 🙂 It is always hard for me to get started, but once I am finished I always feel so good about myself for doing it. I even trained and ran a half marathon and one time. It was the disneyland half marathon so it was really fun and quite the opportunity. Being seven months pregnant, I definiately haven’t been running in quite some time. Day one of starting to run again is always SO hard because I am so out of shape from not exercising enough when pregnant. I don’t know what it is about me, but I get pregnant, and exercise seems to stop! I look forward though to getting back to exercising and running after the baby is born. An essential part of running with kids is owning a jogging stroller. With Benjamin being the only kid home during the day, I have found that a single jogging stroller is all that I need.
Single Jogging Strollers are smaller, easy to push and gives a great workout during a run. I love that I can run in regular and off-road conditions because the jogger is built for more versatility. Although, having another baby, suddenly the single jogging stroller isn’t enough anymore. If I want to run, I now need two seats. Suddenly I need a DOUBLE JOGGING STROLLER!!! Man, that sounds so intense and scary! 🙂 Before searching, I was afraid that they would be really hard to push or really hard to use but I am glad that almost all of the reviews that I find at morestrollers.com make it sounds like it won’t be a problem switching from a single to a double.
How many of you own a double jogging stroller? What do you love about it? I love that I will be able to have a chance to work out while my kids can have a chance to take a nap. I love that I can get my time outdoors, listening to music, taking care of myself! These are the reasons that I love to run! I think this double stroller would be my double stroller of choice. It seems to be very sturdy and well made but also a great price!
So now, with 10 weeks to go, all I have left to do is buy my favorite stroller and wait!! Then running here I come! 🙂
